* I only accept clients who are 18 years old or older.
* For international payments, I only accept PayPal invoices. For local payments in Indonesia, I accept QRIS.
* Payment installments are available upon request. Please let me know if you would like to pay in installments. I will not start working on your commission until the full payment has been received. By making a partial payment, you agree that you are not entitled to request a full refund after the payment has been made.* I do not offer full refunds once the artwork has been fully worked on. However, you will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.* I will fix missing markings or color errors at no additional cost. You are allowed up to 3 minor revisions. Any additional revisions after that will be charged separately per revision.* The estimated waiting time is still being decided and will be announced later.* I will keep you updated with WIPs and progress regularly, so you won't be left wondering about your commission.* Larger projects may take longer to complete depending on their complexity. I will provide an estimated completion time when discussing your commission. You can also check the progress of your commission through my Trello.* I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason. If I cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund for any payment already made.* I reserve the right to share completed commissions on my social media and portfolio. If you would like to remain anonymous, please let me know beforehand and I will be happy to keep your commission private.* Please do not remove my watermark from the artwork you receive. I do not provide unwatermarked versions, except for game asset commissions.* Please do not use my artwork for AI training or to generate AI content.* Please keep in mind that I am a human being with a life outside of art as well.
